Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST.

Q. What color will my hair extension be?
A. Comes in natural black-brown color
Q. Can my Chuchu Hair Extensions be colored?
A. Yes. Hair can be colored (always refer to a license color specialist when altering the natural color)
Q. How many hair bundles do I need for a full sew-in?
A. 12-16 inches - 2 or more bundles recommended
18-22 inches - 3 or more bundles recommended
24-26 inches - 4 or more bundles recommended
26 inches and longer - 5-6 bundles or more recommended
Q. What is the different between closure and frontal lace
A. Chuchu Extension's closure lace measures at 5 inches x 5 inches and frontal lace measures 13 inches x 4 inches, made in either high definition (HD) lace or swiss lace
Q. What's the different between high definition (HD) lace and swiss lace
A. HD lace is made with high quality lace and very thin. Due to it's delicate nature, it can be easily ripped or damaged if not properly cared for. Swiss lace is very high quality and more durable than HD lace if properly cared for. Both can be used by all skin tone.
Q. What do Chuchu recommend I do when I first receive my hair extensions?
A. We recommend that you gently co-wash without removing the zip ties on bundles. After co-wash, let it air dry. Minimal shedding is not unusual for all wefted hair extensions. However, examine the quality of hair after its has air dry for issues with tangling, excessive shedding, etc. You have 7-days from the date hair is delivered to perform this quality check. If any problem with the hair once air dry, please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange it for you. However, if hair is cut, colored, and/or installed, we can NOT make an exchange. At that stage, sale is FINAL without exchange or return accepted.
Q. Can I cut the weft?
A. Our bundles are single-wefted and very skinny, hence foldable without the bulk. We do NOT recommend cutting the weft. When weft is cut, it compromises the stitching which become loose and can cause shedding. Cutting the wefts voids any and all warranty (no exchange, no return, and no refund).
Q. How do I take care of my hair extension?
A. Chuchu recommend co-washing your hair extensions at least once a week to prevent drying and tangling. Refer to hair care tips and videos for details of recommendation for care.
Q. Why does Chuchu wigs take 30 days to deliver?
A. We have wigs available to mail as per website. In some cases, there are wigs made to order, hence takes approximately 30 days to complete the process of construction and delivery.
