Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted

Pending orders less than 7 hours of purchase time can be cancelled and refunded. Orders greater than 7 hours of purchase request time will proceed with shipping procedures as listed below (refer to return & refund policy).

Processing time can take up to 3-5 business days

Processing time frame during sales extends up to 7-10 business days

We only ship Monday – Friday

Orders takes approximately 3 business days to be delivered within the U.S after the processing time frame

International orders typically take up to 7 business days for delivery after the processing time frame

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges.

We do not mail to PO Box address. Any order with PO Box address will be cancelled.
